1. Domestic Shipping Fee (Vietnam)

Mathilde Granveau offers free nationwide shipping on all orders within Vietnam.

2. International Shipping Fee

For international orders, shipping fees are calculated based on the destination region and package weight.

• Shipping fees are estimated. Final costs will be confirmed at checkout once the exact delivery address is provided.
• Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees in their country.
  

3. Delivery Time

The estimated domestic shipping time will vary based on the delivery destination:

• • Inner City/Within Province: [Estimated delivery: 1-2 business days]

  • Within Region: [Estimated delivery: 2-4 business days]

  • Inter-Region: [Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days] We will inform you of the specific delivery time for each order after confirmation.

The estimated International shipping time will vary based on the delivery destination & customs clearance. [Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days].

4.1. Before Placing an Order

Please make sure your contact details and delivery address are correct to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

To avoid unexpected charges, please check your country’s import rules for artworks before placing an order

4.2. After Placing an Order

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately.

Orders placed on working days will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.

Once shipped, you will receive a notification email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

Delivery times are calculated based on the distance from Mathilde Granveau's art studio to your address.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for assistance.
