ABOUT DELIVERY

You will receive an order confirmation to your e-mail immediately upon successful payment. I'll ship your order within 48hours if your order has been placed during working days. 

Once your order has been given processed, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date. This is calculated based on distance from my art studio to your address. Please ensure you provide the correct contact details and delivery address.

Refund & Returns

As my priority is your satisfaction, I offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact me at mathildegranveau@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
